ADAGOLD is committed to environmentally responsible practices.

We will be diligent in our search for, and use of, technological advances and best management practices to assure a high quality product for our customers as well as a practical and sustainable business for our employees. Knowledge of this policy will be shared with all employees and contractors engaged by us.

Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations will be a condition of employment and engagement of contractors.

As such, ADAGOLD our employees and contractors will:

• Comply with applicable environmental and Occupational Health and Safety regulations
• Work to achieve pollution prevention, wherever possible
• Work to prevent accidents
• Identify opportunities for risk reduction associated with the processes and chemicals used in associated operations, the supplies procured, the products produced, and the disposal of waster products
• Consider the life cycle (from raw materials extraction and processing to use and eventual disposal) of products produced, including packaging, so as to affect how suppliers and end users impact the environment through their products
• Continue improvement in the use of cleaner technology and processes, and in the safer use of chemicals
• Practice prudent resource management, including conservation of limited resources and the recycling of materials.
